The standard notebook hard disk drive can be mounted to the PXA255 DIMM Base Board via an adapter and spacers, or to the PXA270 DIMM Base Board via spacers.
When mounted to the PXA270 DIMM Base Board, the IDE HDD fits into the closed stylish aluminum case.
When purchased together with a base board, the HDD is supplied as installed and mounted to the base board.
