This new JTAG device is a perfect match for the PXA270 and PXA270M DIMM Modules including two basic features: JTAG tool for the quick debugging, programming or testing and RS232 communication interface for the comfortable work with the customer's solution.
This debugging tool uses JTAG interface as the transport mechanism which enables a programmer to access and to on-chip debug the module integrated into the CPU. Another purpose of the JTAG interface is to alow a device programmer hardware to transfer data into the internal non-volatile device memory.
This device includes ARM Multi-ICE 20-pin header and RS232 interface for easy and quick work and can be used with OS Linux as well as Windows.

JTAG cable with serial line specification:
- USB2.0 (full-speed, 12Mbits/sec)
- JTAG / IEEE 1149.1 compatible
- JTAG Baudrate up to 6Mbits/sec (programmable)
- JTAG signals from 5.5V to 1.65V (optionaly from 3.6V to 1.2V)
- Based on the FTDI FT2232 USB device
