Voipac Technologies a.s. is
a privately held joint stock company, established as limited liability
company Voipac s.r.o. in 1996. All the development projects executed by
the company are financed from the company’s own resources, and the
company is entirely debt free. The company’s basic capital is 34 000
EUR, and its operations as well as the financial statements are
audited. The manufacturing of the company's products takes place at the
specialized subcontractor companies in Slovakia, and their distribution
is done via the direct sale through the Internet or via the
distributors’ network.

students that will once graduate and become the driving force of the
