Voipac Technologies a.s. is a privately held joint stock company,
established as limited liability company Voipac s.r.o. in 1996. All the
development projects executed by the company are financed from the
company’s own resources, and the company is entirely debt free. The
company’s basic capital is 34 000 EUR, and its operations as well as the
financial statements are audited in accordance with the Slovak and EU
laws. The manufacturing of the company's products takes place at the
specialized subcontractor companies in Slovakia, and their distribution
is done via the direct sale, webshop, or via the distributors’ network.

Our aim is to maintain close links with not only the commercial companies, but also with the technical universities’ students that will once graduate and become the driving force of the future development teams.
