Voipac development kits are provided with datasheets, manuals and schematics of the modules/COMs. The reference baseboard design files, freely available in Downloads, can be used by the customers to develop their own carrier board.
Wiki and Download sections include additional documents, drivers and binaries. Source codes of different operating systems and BSPs are available at dedicated GitHub.
Besides all the information in the sources mentioned above, free-of-charge e-mail support provided at Voipac discretion is available for purchased development kits and modules.
When a particular hardware design service is required, or a specific driver development and integration is necessary, Voipac can provide prepaid Hardware and Software Development Support, implemented by the internal team of experienced engineers.
Moreover, Voipac joined the NXP Partner Program to gain early access to NXP's new solutions and documentation and to provide the latest expertise to its customers.
Besides the standard webshop configurations that are to be used for initial evaluation, each module hardware configuration, preinstalled software, e-Fuses boot device setting, and other features can be customized without any processing surcharge for Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of 10+ units.
For batches exceeding 100 pieces, Voipac provides free service of the customer's own boot loader preinstalling prior to the order dispatch.
Webshop configuration modules are mostly available in 0°C to +70°C Commercial temperature range. For demanding applications, COMs can be ordered also in -20°C to +70°C Extended or in -40°C to +85°C Industrial temperature range.
Recent Voipac products are based on the NXP ARM® Cortex® core processors, all included in the NXP Product Longevity Program, which guarantees a minimum availability period of 15 years for the automotive and medical segments, and 10 years for all other market segments.
Other critical components used in Voipac designs are provided by leading chip vendors to ensure conformity to at least 10 years longevity commitment. Visit products overview for the minimum availability of a specific COM or SBC.
All products are supported by standard End Of Life (EOL) Voipac notification policy, meaning The Last Time Buy (LTB) notification is sent to customers approximately 6 months prior to product discontinuation. Components stocking service, even for discontinued products, and manufacturing of further production batches may be also possible.

iso certification and ce compliance
of voipac products.
Every Voipac product has to withstand an extensive post-assembly checkup and visual inspection. Each individual COM is also preloaded with a customizable firmware and follows an in-depth peripheral inspection with zero-tolerance policy to any deviation from the full functionality.
Voipac COMs are considered components for further processing by the industry, skilled development teams or system integrators, not finished Electrical Electronic Equipment (EEE) used as stand-alone devices by the general public, thus do not need to observe the CE marking requirements and consequently do not need any identification either.
