The Voipac PXA255 based product line is being terminated, due to the:
• PXA255 processor discontinuation by the Marvell
• UCB1400BE Audio codec with touch screen controller discontinuation by the NXP
• EEPROM Flash memory discontinuation by the Numonyx

All customized configurations of the above products will also be discontinued.
We offer you two options to secure the supply of the above components for your product assembly:
1) The complete product Last Time Buy (LTB):
The last date your order for the above complete products or bellow chips will be accepted by Voipac is: May 30, 2010.
The production of the collected last orders is scheduled at Q2 - Q3 2010, the last delivery date will be December 15, 2010. Your standard payment terms will remain unchanged for the last purchase order.
2) The critical material stocking:
PXA255 processor stocking (LTB: June 31, 2010)
The PXA255 processor stocking applies to the following P/N:

The above critical material can be stored at Voipac, or at the customer's warehouse (in originally sealed packing).
When assembled on boards, the stocked chip purchasing price will be deducted from your standard price for the given product.
Your standard payment terms will remain unchanged for the material stocking order.
